The 'life' series is based off what I defined as stream-of-consciousness photography and inspired by photographer Stephen Shore in an attempt to document my life as honestly as possible.  'alberta, 2019' was taken during a yearly family stay in Southern Alberta. These help depict small-town-middle-of-nowhere isolation my family and I seek every year.  This year particularly, I was in a bad breakup following a bad relationship.  I took pictures to escape that headspace.  Plus,  we went to the supermarket quite regularly as it represented some sort of outing from the absolute middle of nowhere.  Every time we went I found some weird new quirk, it was actually quite great.
